This is a card made cheaply, but doesn't look cheap. 

For this project you will need:

Blank Card - A5 size, folded in half

One Paper Lace Strip (from my shop, or make one yourself)

Some Scraps Of Card

Some Domed Stickers

Card Insert (from my shop) - optional

1. Score and fold your card in half

2. Cut Paper Lace Ribbon to size

3. Put a strip of double sided sticky tape down the center of the ribbon and stick down the center of the card

4. Stick some Birthday domed stickers down front of Paper Lace Ribbon

5. Get a piece of scrap silver card (or any colour you wish) and stick a smaller scrap of card in center of that and in center of that again, stick a Happy Birthday domed sticker

6. Stick the finished 'topper' to the card with sticky foam pads for a 3D effect!

7. And finally, why not add a printed insert to the inside for a really professional finish, here for sale on this site
