This card was also made for next to nothing!

For this project you will need:

A5 card (folded in half)

Some plain paper

A Balloon Punch (can be bought quite cheaply from craft shops or the internet)

A piece of ribbon (from an old garment, old chocolate box etc.)

Some coloured card scraps (mine came from an old Easter Egg Box for this one . . . Yum!)

Happy Birthday & Present pictures were cut from an old Birthday Card that I was given

Card Insert (from my shop) - optional

1. Fold card in half

2. Punch a line of balloons out of piece of plain paper and stick along bottom of card (you can use a glue stick or double sided sticky tape, or whatever paper glue you have to hand

3. Cut ribbon to length and stick along top edge of balloon border

4. Cut scraps of card to fit the Happy Birthday and Present cards (making sure you have cut it a bit bigger to make the border) and stick together

5. Use foam pads to stick the 'toppers' down for a 3D effect

6. And finally, why not add a printed insert to the inside for a really professional finish, here for sale on this site
